The members are rooted in Bilad Al- Sham, spanning the divides from Amman to the Galilee to Ramallah and the rest of the Palestinian Diaspora. Now it returns on Red & Black smoke vinyl with remixes from some of the Arab worldâs most forward-thinking producersâ Molotof, Toumba, and Hello Psychaleppoâbridging past and future. Formed in Amman in 2013, the Palestinian-Jordanian collective blends dabke, hip-hop, and electronica into a boundary-smashing sound of resistance, which has taken them from Massive Attack support slots to stages worldwideâ always ending in ecstatic, unifying dance.
